切削式吸能热力耦合研究

【摘要】 据非线性动态模拟及热力耦合理论,利用有限元软件LS-DYNA对切削式吸能过程进行热力耦合研究。通过分析切削式吸能过程中切削力及能量耗散随切削行程的变化曲线,所得切削式吸能过程的力学特性十分稳定,撞击力未出现较大峰值;切削热耗散能量约占撞击总能量的21%,模拟中需考虑切削热影响。在热力耦合基础上分析撞击速度、切削截面参数及刀具参数对切削式吸能力学特性的影响规律。

【Abstract】 Based on the non-linear dynamic simulation principle and the theory of thermo-structure coupling,a complete coupled thermo-structure analysis of the cutting energy-absorbing process was made by using the finite element software LS-DYNA. The curves of cutting force and energy dissipation versus cutting travel were obtained,The results show that peak values don’t appear on the impact force curve,and the mechanical characteristics keep stable cluring the process. The energy dissipated as cutting heat accounts for 21% of the total impact energy,and the influence of cutting heat should be considered during the simulation of cutting energy-absorbing process. Based on the coupled thermostructure analysis, the effects of impact speed, cutting section parameters and tool parameters on mechanical characteristics of cutting energy-absorbing process were studied.
