【摘要】 目的分析常见卵巢肿瘤术中涂片的细胞学特点,并与术中冷冻切片进行比较,探讨细胞学在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法对96例术中卵巢病理标本同时做细胞学检查和冷冻切片检查,并与术后石蜡切片对比,分析各自的准确性。结果冷冻切片和细胞冷冻切片学涂片的准确率分别为94.8%(91/96)和95.8%(92/96),二者相结合诊断的准确率为97.9%。结论熟悉并掌握各种类型卵巢肿瘤的涂片细胞学特点,并与冷冻切片相结合,可提高卵巢肿瘤的术中分型诊断正确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the cytological characteristics of common ovarian tumors smear,and intraoperative frozen section,and to discuss the value of cytological diagnosis in ovarian tumors. Methods In 96 cases of ovarian pathology and cytology and frozen section examination were collected, and compared with paraffin section after the operation,and then their accuracy was analyzed. Results The accuracy of frozen sections and smears was 94. 8%( 91 /96 cases) and 95. 8%( 92 /96 cases). By combination of the two,the accuracy rate of diagnosis was 97. 9%.Conclusion Familiar with smear cytological characteristics of various types of ovarian tumors and combined with frozen section,we can improve the correct diagnosis rate of ovarian tumor during operation.更多还原
