【摘要】 目的探讨ERG蛋白在前列腺癌中的表达及其诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法采用免疫组化En Vision两步法检测66例前列腺癌和48例良性前列腺增生中ERG蛋白的表达。结果前列腺癌中ERG蛋白(+)6例(9.1%),其中高表达5例(83.3%),低表达者1例(16.7%);ERG在良性前列腺增生中均为(-)。结论 ERG蛋白在我国前列腺癌中的阳性率远低于欧美等国家,具有显著的差异。免疫组化检测ERG蛋白不能用于我国前列腺癌与良性前列腺增生症的诊断与鉴别诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of ERG protein in prostatic carcinoma and to determine its value of the diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of postate cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical En Vision two-step method was used to detect the expression of ERG in 66 cases of prostate cancer and 48 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Results The expression rate of ERG protein in prostate cancer was 9.1%,of which the high expression had five cases accounting for 83.3% and the low expression had one case accounting for 16.7%.But there was no expression of ERG in benign prostatic hyperplasia.Conclusion The expression rate of ERG protein in prostate cancer in this country is far lower than that of the European countries as well as the United States.The detection of ERG cannot be used in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of prostatic carcinoma in China.更多还原
