【摘要】 目的通过分析先天代谢疾病合并病毒性脑炎的临床表现,为及早诊断和治疗此类疾病提供佐证。方法对近年收治的2例先天代谢疾病合并病毒性脑炎患儿的临床表现进行分析。结果 1例患儿肝豆状核变性合并病毒性脑炎,经积极治疗后,症状缓解;1例患儿高雪病合并病毒性脑炎,虽经治疗,预后差。结论先天性代谢病本身常常伴有神经系统异常,容易与脑炎相混淆;同时,因代谢异常,患儿较易罹患感染,合并脑炎时,症状重,进展快,应该引起重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through the analysis of congenital metabolic diseases combined clinical symptoms of viral encephalitis,provide evidence for early diagnosis and treatment of such diseases. Methods In recent years,scores of 2 cases of congenital metabolic diseases combined clinical manifestation of children with viral encephalitis were analyzed. Results 1 case with liver degeneration with viral encephalitis,after active treatment,the symptoms;1 case of children of snow’s disease combined viral encephalitis,although after the treatment,prognosis is poor. Conclusions The congenital metabolic disease itself is often associated with the nervous system abnormalities,easily confused with encephalitis. At the same time,because the metabolic abnormalities,more easily suffer from infection,merger encephalitis,symptoms,progress is fast,should be taken seriously.更多还原
