金刚石有序排列技术在大功率马路锯片上的应用
The Application of Diamond Ordered Arrangement Technology in Large Power Saw Blade
【摘要】 金刚石有序排列能很好地提高锯片的锋利性、增加寿命,尤其在大功率马路锯片的应用上,更能体现其优越性。文章简单分析了锯片有序排列金刚石的工作机理,并就公司生产的金刚石有序排列锯片、常规锯片和国外某公司的有序排列锯片用26kW的大功率切割机做了切割水泥地面的实验。实验结果表明:在切割速度方面,公司生产的有序排列锯片较常规锯片提高了一倍,较国外有序排列锯片提高了33%;在使用寿命方面,有序排列锯片较常规锯片提高45%,但比国外的有序排列锯片降低了10%。
【Abstract】 The ordered arrangement of diamond can improve the sharpness and increase the service life of the saw blade.The superiority of it is more obvious when applied in large power saw blade.The working mechanism of saw blade of ordered arrangement of diamond has been briefly analyzed and cement floor cutting test has been done by large power cutter of 26 kW using saw blade of ordered arrangement of diamond by the company,conventional saw blade and saw blade of ordered arrangement of diamond by an oversea company.Result shows that the cutting speed of the saw blade of ordered arrangement of diamond by the company has been twice faster than the conventional saw blade and improved by 33%compared to that by the oversea company;and the service life of the saw blade of ordered arrangement of diamond by the company has been improved by 45% compared to the conventional saw blade but decreased by 10%compared to that by the oversea company.
