【摘要】 目的了解大理市儿童及青少年特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)的患病情况。方法采用问卷调查、电话回访及体检的方法调查大理市9 180名3~19岁儿童及青少年AD的患病情况。结果大理市儿童及青少年AD的患病率和标化患病率分别为2.61‰和2.60‰,其中男性为2.55‰和2.47‰,女性为2.67‰和2.73‰;大理市乡镇儿童及青少年AD的患病率为1.59‰和2.43‰,城市的患病率为3.33‰,和3.06‰。以上男女患病率、城乡患病率及标准化患病率差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。大理市汉族儿童及青少年AD患病率和标化患病率分别为3.79‰和3.35‰,白族儿童及青少年AD患病率和标化患病率分别为2.48‰和2.67‰,汉族及白族患病率及其标化患病率差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论获得大理市儿童及青少年AD的患病率,患病率随年龄增长呈下降趋势,该地区汉族与白族的AD患病率无差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence of atopic dermatitis( AD) among children and teenagers in Dali. Methods 9,180 children and teenagers aged 3 ~ 19 years were surveyed with questionnaire,telephone survey and physical examination in Dali. Results The prevalence of AD among children and teenagers aged3 ~ 19 years was 2. 61‰( 2. 60‰,after standardization) in total,among which,2. 55‰( 2. 47‰,after standardization) found in the males,2. 67‰( 2. 73‰,after standardization) in the females,1. 59‰( 2. 43‰,after standardization) in rural area and 3. 33‰( 3. 06‰,after standardization) in city. There was no statistic significance between prevalence and standardized prevalence( SP) of the males and that of the females( P >0. 05),between city and rural area( P > 0. 05). The total prevalence of AD in Han nationality and Bai nationality was 3. 79‰( 3. 35‰,after standardization) and 2. 48‰( 2. 67‰,after standardization),respectively. No statistic significance was found between the prevalence of Han and Bai nationality( P > 0. 05).Conclusion The prevalence of AD among people aged 3 ~ 19 years in Dali was obtained. The prevalence of AD decreased with age increasing. There was no difference in the prevalence of Han and Bai nationality in Dali.更多还原
