【摘要】 目的检测中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)在银屑病患者血清中的表达及NGAL对HaCaT细胞体外增殖的影响。方法双抗体夹心ELISA法,检测31例银屑病患者血清中NGAL表达水平;CCK-8法检测NGAL对HaCaT细胞体外增殖的影响。结果银屑病患者血清中NGAL表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01);NGAL对HaCaT细胞体外增殖有显著促进作用,NGAL浓度为1mg/L作用12h促增殖作用最明显。结论 NGAL在银屑病发病机制中可能起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression of NGAL in patients with psoriasis and the effect of NGAL on the proliferation of HaCaT cells in vitro. Methods The expression of NGAL in 31 patients with psoriasis was measured with double-antibody-sandwich ELISA; CCK8 method was used to detect the effect of NGAL on HaCaT cell proliferation in vitro. Results The level of NGAL in the sera of the patients with psoriasis was statistically higher than that in the healthy controls( P < 0. 01). The proliferation of HaCaT cells was promoted by the treatment with NGAL. The effect of NGAL on the proliferation of HaCaT cells was most obvious at 12 hours and has a concentration dependency.
