【摘要】 患者女,17岁,学生。患再生障碍性贫血4年。皮肤科情况:外阴至肛周可见密集排列多个直径约为3~5cm大小圆形菜花状赘生物,融合成巨大斑块型损害约6cm×15cm×17㎝大小,表面凹凸不平,有轻微触痛,双下肢无水肿。实验室检查:血WBC(4.04~7.4)×109/L,RBC(1.85~2.18)×1012/L,Pt(17~59)×109/L,Hb 68.4~80.4g/L;查骨髓示骨髓增生不良,粒红系降低,未见巨核细胞;病理显示鳞状细胞乳头瘤样增生,可见"挖空细胞"。诊断:1再生障碍性贫血;2巨大尖锐湿疣。更多还原

【Abstract】 The patient was a 17 years old girl having some cauliflower- like neoplasms on vulva and anal area for more than six months. The patient had the history of aplastic anemia for four years. Dermatology examination:cauliflower- like neoplasms of 3cm ~ 5cm densely grown from the vulva to the anus,which reciprocally integrated into about 6cm × 15 cm × 17 cm size of huge mass. The surface of the mass was uneven and there was a slight tenderness. Both lower extremity were absence of edema. Laboratory tests: blood routine: leukocytes( 4. 04- 7. 4) × 109/ L,erythrocyte( 1. 85- 2. 18) × 1012/ L,platelets( 17 ~ 59) × 109/ L,hemoglobin 68. 4- 80. 4g / L; bone marrow: showing poor bone marrow hyperplasia,red tablets reducing,and no megakaryocytes.
