【摘要】 目的探讨射频点阵治疗面部浅表性瘢痕的效果和安全性。方法使用射频点阵治疗68例面部浅表性瘢痕患者(46例痤疮瘢痕,22例外伤瘢痕),治疗4次,治疗间隔30d。治疗结束后4周、12周评价疗效。结果痤疮患者的瘢痕评分治疗前后相比显著下降(P<0.05),81.82%(18/22)外伤瘢痕患者的瘢痕等级下降。80.43%(37/46)痤疮瘢痕患者、40.91%(9/22)外伤瘢痕患者改善率在50%以上。59例(86.76%)患者达到很满意及非常满意。不良反应表现为一过性红斑、疼痛,未见色素改变及瘢痕等不良反应。结论射频点阵治疗各种面部瘢痕安全有效,具有误工期短、不良反应轻,适合亚洲人的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy,safety and tolerance of fractional bipolar radiofrequency( RF) in the treatment of facial superficial scars. Methods The total of 68 healthy Asian patients with acne scars and facial superficial traumatic scars( 46 acne scars cases,22 traumatic scars cases) received four monthly highenergy treatments with a fractional bipolar RF device. Improvement and tolerance were evaluated at each visit for a 4-week /12-week follow-up visit. Results All patients completed the study. Acne scar score of the patients showed a significant decrease( P < 0. 05). The grade of traumatic scars improved in 18 patients( 81. 82%). The improvement rates of 80. 43%( 37 /46) acne scars cases and 40. 91%( 9 /22) traumatic scars cases were above 50%. Patients’ evaluation of overall improvement and satisfaction showed there were59cases( 86. 76%) reached very satisfying. Adverse effects were limited to transient pain,erythema,dryness and low risk of postinflammatory hyperpigmentation( PIH). Conclusion Treatment with high energy fractional bipolar RF is safe and effective for acne scars and facial superficial traumatic scars in Asian people.更多还原
