【摘要】 患者男,31岁。右侧面颊部无明显诱因出现一处皮下结节3年,渐增大,无自觉症状。皮损组织病理示:真皮内可见多个扩大的囊腔,囊壁由两层囊壁细胞组成,内层细胞呈高柱状可见断头分泌,外层为扁平或立方形肌上皮细胞。囊壁上皮向腔内呈乳头状突起,囊内为少量嗜伊红物质。诊断为:大汗腺汗囊瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 31-year-old Chinese male presented with an asymptomatic subcutaneous nodule under no obvious predisposing causes and gradually increaseed in diameter on the right side of the cheek for three years. Histological examination showed multiple enlarged intradermal cyst,the wall of which consisted of two layers columnar cells. Decapitation secretion was seen in inner layer cells. The out layer of cysts consisted of flat or cubic myoepithelial cells. Papillary protrusion was observed on the part of the cyst wall. There was a few eosinophilic substance contained in the cysts.
