【摘要】 患者男,40岁。双耳廓皮疹3个月。查体:双耳廓、外耳道口可见质地欠均的浸润性肤色结节、斑块,表面光滑无鳞屑,质韧,无压痛,无糜烂、渗出及溃疡。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度,真皮浅层淋巴管扩张,浅中层血管增生、可见血管内皮细胞肿胀、突向管腔,血管、淋巴管及附属器周围见淋巴细胞、组织细胞及稀疏的嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。诊断:上皮样血管瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 40-years-old male presented with nodules on both auricles for 3 months. Physical examination showed skin-colored infiltrated nodules and plaques with uneven texture on both auricles without tenderness,scales,erosion or ulcer. The histopathological examination showed epidermal hyperkeratosis,dilatation of the lymphatic vessels in the upper dermis,hyperproliferative capillaries in the upper and middle dermis. Swollen endothelial cells protruded into the lumen of blood vessels. There were some lymphocytes,histiocytes and sparse eosinophils around the blood vessels,lymphatic vessels and appendages.
