【Abstract】 A case of ulcerating sclerosis misdiagnosed as lacerations of frenulum praeputii is reported. A 52-year-old male presented with traumatic ulcer and pain of frenulum praeputii for 20 days. Debridement and anti-infective therapy were performing in other hospital for the preliminary diagnosis of "frenulum praeputii lacerations"without noticeable effectiveness. Rapid plasma reagent( RPR) was positive in 1 ∶ 4 dilutions and treponema pallidum hemagglutination assay( TPHA) was positive. Diagnosis of primary syphilis and hard chancre of frenum were established. Deflorescence was showed with 3 periodicity therapy of denzathine benzylpenicillin.更多还原
