【Abstract】 A 3-year-old boy presented with clustered skin-colour papules on the back and lateral margin of his right hand,as well as the lateral border of his right foot for about 2 years. The papules were gradually increased and enlarged in size from initially panicum-like to now mung bean-like during the process. Histological examination showed that marked increased collagen fibers and fibroblasts in the dermis,with slightly hyperkeratosis and acanthosis. The special staining for elastic fibers revealed fragmentation and a reduced number of elastic fibers in the dermis. The diagnosis of acrokeratoelastoidosis was made.更多还原
