【摘要】 患者男,45岁。左侧腹部单发灰褐色斑块3个月,表面脱屑。皮损组织病理检查示:表皮角化过度,局灶角化不全,棘层显著肥厚,海绵形成,灶性基底细胞液化变性,真皮乳头层淋巴细胞带状浸润,真皮网状层小片状淋巴细胞浸润,伴少数嗜酸粒细胞。诊断:扁平苔藓样角化病。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 45-year-old male presented with a solitary grayish brown plaque on left abdomen for three months. Histopathological examination showed hyperkeratosis,focal parakeratosis,striking acanthosis,spongiosis,focal liquefaction degeneration of basal cells,linear infiltration of lymphocytes in the papillary dermis and small pieces of lymphocytes with a few of scattered eosinophils in the reticular dermis. The diagnosis of lichen planus-like keratosis was established.更多还原
