【摘要】 为管理矿工不安全行为,对计划行为理论(TPB)进行修正,构建一个含有中介变量和调节变量的混合模型,探讨应对计划和安全监管力度对于矿工不安全行为的影响。通过问卷调查468名矿工的不安全行为状况。利用结构方程模型(SEM)的方法,实证检验矿工不安全行为的调节机制,从而提炼出安全监管力度的调节效应曲线。结果表明:矿工不安全行为应对计划促进了不安全行为的产生,煤矿安全监管力度调节矿工不安全行为,这是一种特殊的、非线性的二次调节,综合了增强和干扰2种效果,煤矿企业应该实行柔性安全监管策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to manage miners’ unsafety behaviors,the TPB was revised,a hybrid model including mediator and moderator was built,and factors influencing miners’ unsafe behaviors were studied,including response plans and safety supervision intensity. A questionnaire investigation into unsafe behavior of 468 miners was carried out. A method of SEM was used to test the integrated model and an effect curve of safety supervision was extracted. The results show that the miners ’ response plan is the mediator,and coal mine safety supervision intensity is the moderator,that safety supervision intensity is a special kind of secondary and nonlinear moderator,when the intensity is in a range it will bring about enhancement effects and otherwise interference effects,and that a flexible safety supervision strategy should be followed in coal mining enterprises.更多还原
