【摘要】 淮猪被引入宁镇扬等丘陵山区,经长期培育成为山猪,因饲养地区条件差异,山猪又分别形成了尖头型和团头型等。文章对山猪的来源、外貌、生长发育、繁殖性能、肥育性能与胴体肉质、常规生理与血液生理指标等方面进行分析、研究与综述,为山猪的保种与选育提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 After long-term bred, Huai pigs Developed into Shan pigs by introducing to hilly region of Nanjing,Zhenjiang and Yangzhou. Because of the different breeding conditions of different areas, Shan pigs formed sharp head type, short head type and other types. In this paper, the source, appearance, growth performance,reproductive performance, fattening performance, carcass and meat quality, ordinary physiological and blood physiological indicators of Shan pigs are reviewed,respectively.更多还原
