【摘要】 目的比较优质护理和普通护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者的效果。方法选取广东省妇幼保健院208例妊娠糖尿病患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组116例给予优质护理,对照组92例给予常规护理。结果妊娠期糖尿病患者孕期管理中实施优质护理干预后,对健康知识掌握及血糖控制合格率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者妊娠期高血压、羊水过多、胎膜早破、剖宫产,以及新生儿巨大儿、早产儿、新生儿窒息、新生儿黄疸等发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白较护理干预前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者孕期管理有良好效果,对提高妊娠质量,降低母婴的并发症,保障母婴安全具有积极效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of high-quality care and common care in patients with gestational diabetes. Methods 208 cases of patients with gestational diabetes were divided into two groups,116 cases in observation group with high-quality care while the other 92 cases in control group with regular care. Results Compared with the control group,the observation group could better master the health knowledge and control blood glucose( P < 0. 05); and observation group has lower incidence in gestational hypertension,polyhydramnios,Premature Rupture of Membranes,caesarean,macrosomia,preterm infant,asphyxia of newborn and neonatal jaundice( P < 0. 05). The fasting glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were lower than without high-quality care( P < 0. 05). Conclusion High-quality nursing care in patients with gestational diabetes has obviously positive effects to improve the quality of pregnancy,reduce the complications of maternal and infant,and protect the safety of mother and baby.更多还原
