【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of pre-pregnancy obesity and increase amplitudes of gestational body mass index on pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods 200 preganant women of single pregnancy were selected and divided into obese and normal weight group. The obese women divided into different groups according to increase amplitudes of gestational BMI. The data was analyzed using the predictive analysis system. Results The parameter of hemodynamic have statistically significance in pre-pregnancy obese group and pre-pregnancy normal weight group( P < 0. 05); There was statistically significance in different gestational BMI increase amplitudes of pre-pregnancy obese group( P < 0. 05); the pregnancy whose BMI increase more than 6 had higher incidences of pregnancy-induced hypertension( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Pre-pregnancy obese and increasing pregnancy BMI was closely associated with pregnancy-induced hypertension. Controlling pre-pregnancy BMI and gestational BMI may reduce the risk for the development of pregnancy-induced hypertension.
