浅议主题文化宴的开发与设计
On the Development and Design of Cultural Theme Banquet
【摘要】 以菜肴为载体,以主题文化为灵魂的主题文化宴,融物质享受与精神享受于一体,是一种特殊的文化消费品。开发主题文化宴,不仅可以为酒店创立知名品牌,而且可以为当地文化资源的开发和利用起到良好的推动和促进作用。开发主题文化宴应选准主题、依托实体、定位恰当、注重宣传;设计主题文化宴要紧扣主题、综合设计、突出食用、强化特色。
【Abstract】 Taking dishes as its carrier and cultural theme as its soul,cultural theme banquet is a particular cultural commodity by which material and spiritual pleasure merges. The development of cultural theme banquet helps found name brand restaurant and promote the exploitation and utilization of local cultural resources.The paper argues for the appropriate theme,reliable restaurants,proper pricing,and extensive promotion for cultural theme banquet; it also points out that the banquet has to keep a firm grasp on its theme,make a comprehensive design,stress edibility,and insist on differentiation.
