【摘要】 课堂生态由教师、学生、教学环境三个因素构成,而师资队伍参差不齐、教师精力投入不足,学生学习态度不够端正,教学效果欠佳、缺乏有效的教学评估机制等则是目前高校干部教育培训的课堂生态现状。展望高校干部教育培训未来课堂生态图景,将会是一幅教师队伍生态化、学生主体作用发挥生态化和课堂教学环境生态化的和谐画面,这将极大地改善高校干部教育培训效果,为建设现代化高水平大学提供人才保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Classroom ecology is composed of teachers,students and teaching environment.The current ecological status of cadres training classroom in universities is quite unsatisfying:teachers are neither equally qualified nor fully devoted;students do not have a correct learning attitude;teaching effect is unsatisfying;there is not an effective teaching evaluation system.In order to achieve the expected training effect,all these problems should be solved.Only a team of qualified cadres can guarantee the construction of high-level modern universities.更多还原
