高速重载液压撞击试验装置设计

【摘要】 针对撞击装置高速重载的需求,提出一种采用快速开启的大流量控制装置,为系统提供瞬时大流量,能够在短时间、短行程内获得巨大能量的液压撞击装置。介绍了其结构方案,阐述了其工作原理和工作过程,并用AMESim软件进行了建模仿真。结果表明,所建模型能够满足撞击装置高速重载的需求。

【Abstract】 For the purpose of impact device’s requirements of high-speed and heavy-load,a hydraulic impact device which can achieve huge energy in a short time and short stroke is proposed.The high-speed large flow device which can open fast is used to provide an instantaneous large flow for the system.The structure and working principle is described,and the model is simulated by AMESim.The simulation results show that the model can meet the high-speed and heavy-load needs.
