【摘要】 目的探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(曼月乐)节育环的避孕效果及在治疗子宫腺肌病中的临床疗效。方法观察270例子宫肌腺症患者在放置曼月乐前后月经量、痛经程度以及子宫体积的变化。结果 270例子宫腺肌症患者在放置曼月乐环后痛经程度显著减轻(P<0.01),月经量显著减少(P<0.01),子宫体积相应减小(P<0.05但差异无显著性)。结论曼月乐节育环避孕效果好,是治疗子宫肌腺症的一种安全的长期治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine system(LNG-IUS) IUD contraceptive effect and in the treatment of uterine adenomyosis clinical curative effect. Methods 270 cases of patients with adenomyosis in Mirena before and after menstruation, dysmenorrhea and uterine volume changes. Results 270 cases of adenomyosis after Mirena dysmenorrhea degree significantly reduce(P <0.01), menstrual blood volume reduced significantly(P<0.01), uterine volume decreases(P<0.05) but the difference was not significant). Conclusion Mirena IUD contraceptive effect is good, longterm treatment to a safe treatment of adenomyosis.更多还原
