【摘要】 目的探讨ADAM33单核苷酸多态性与尘螨过敏性哮喘间的关联性。方法取哮喘病、健康人各100例,通过AS-PCR、DNA测序法等,分别测定ADAM33基因F+1、S2、T2及V4位点。结果两组在S2位点基因型及等位基因频率上,存在明显差异(P<0.05);与过敏性哮喘易感性无显著关联(P>0.05)。结论 S2位点基因多态性与过敏性哮喘显著相关,与病情严重性及肺功能指标关联甚微。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between ADAM33 single nucleotide polymorphism and dust mites allergic asthma among. MethodsThe asthma and 100 healthy people were selected, by means of AS-PCR, DNA sequencing, ADAM33 genes F+1, S2, T2 and V4 loci were determined respectively. Results The two groups in the S2 genotype and allele frequencies, there is obvious difference(P<0.05); no significant association with susceptibility to allergic asthma(P>0.05).
