【摘要】 目的探讨强化社区管理治疗原发性高血压(PH)的临床效果。方法将我院确诊的PH患者311例按照数字表法分为两组,均给予建立健康档案、口服降压药物等常规措施治疗,治疗组同时给予强化社区管理。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组有效率为80.77%,与对照组(65.81%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后两组血压水平、知晓率、服药率、控制率均有所改善,与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论强化社区管理治疗PH,能够提高患者高血压知晓率、服药率及血压控制率,提高临床疗效,值得在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effection of strengthen community management patients with primary hypertension(PH). Methods 311 hospitalized patients with PH were divided into two groups,according to the digital table method,were given conventional measures of establishing health archives, oral antihypertensive drug therapy. At the same time, those in the treatment group were given strengthen community management. Observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 80.77%,with significant difference compared to control group(65.81%)(P <0.01). After treatment, the level of blood pressure, awareness rate, medication rate, control rate are improved, compared with before, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01), and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion Strengthen community management can effectively improve the awareness rate of patients with PH, medication rate, control rate, improve the clinical efficacy, it is worth in the clinical application.更多还原
