【摘要】 目的为解决气囊止血带充气不能控制合适压力引起的手术野出血,术后肢体麻木和血栓形成。课题组在气囊止血带的基础上进行充气压力的研究,研制了Doppler止血带。方法选择我院骨科四肢手术的患者206例,随机分为观察组和对照组各103例,对照组采用气囊止血带,观察组采用Doppler止血带。结果通过对照组与观察组对比,观察组患者术后肢体麻木、血栓形成发生例数明显减少,止血效果好,P值均<0.01,有统计学意义。结论 Doppler止血带的研制使用减少了气囊止血带存在的许多并发症,减轻患者术后止血带的损伤和血栓形成等并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To solve the tourniquet cannot control the appropriate pressure caused by the operation bleeding,postoperative limb numbness and thrombosis.Research Group on the basis of tourniquet inflation pressure in the development of Doppler,the tourniquet.Methods Our Hospital Department of orthopedics operation of limbs in 206 patients,randomly divided into observation group and control group with 103 cases in each group,the control group using tourniquet,the observation group used Doppler tourniquet.Results The control group and observation group comparison,the observation group patients after limb numbness,thrombosis occurred significantly reduced the number of cases,good hemostatic effect,P value was <0.01,there was statistical significance.Conclusion The application of tourniquet overcomes many shortcomings of Doppler pneumatic tourniquet existence,occurrence and numbness of limbs thrombosis reduce postoperative patients.更多还原
