【摘要】 目的探讨经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗输尿管上段结石的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2013年12月期间56例应用经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗输尿管上段结石患者的临床资料。结果 56例患者手术穿刺顺利,一期取净结石50例,6例肾脏残留小结石,经口服排石药物,3周后排出治愈。患者无输尿管穿孔、大出血等并发症。结论经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗输尿管上段结石,结石清除率高,术后并发症少,临床疗效好,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotomy for treatment of upper ureteral calculi. Methods Retrospective analysis of January 2010 to December 2013, clinical data of 56 cases of the application of percutaneous nephrolithotomy for treatment of upper ureteral calculi patients. Results The 56 patients with surgical puncture is successful, a period take net calculi in 50 cases, 6 cases of kidney small residual stones, oral paishi drugs, 3 weeks after discharge cure. Patients without ureteral perforation, bleeding and other complications. Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy for treatment of upper ureteral stones, stone clearance rate, less complications and good clinical effect. It is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
