【摘要】 目的探讨自制药物浸泡治疗氢氟酸烧伤的方法及疗效。方法我科对2007年1月至2014年1月收治的20例氢氟酸烧伤住院患者,早期应用自制药物浸泡灼伤创面,后期应用拔甲、手术切除氢氟酸烧伤组织等治疗方法。结果 20例氢氟酸烧伤患者伤口均愈合,无1例死亡。结论我科早期应用药物浸泡治疗,能有效缓减疼痛,清除坏死组织,减轻创面进一步加深,降低致残率。对于氢氟酸烧伤早期就诊的患者,我科应用自制药物浸泡治疗氢氟酸烧伤,临床应用疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate self-efficacy of drug treatment and soaking hydrofluoric acid burns. Method Division of the January 2007 to January 2014 hydrofluoric acid burns were treated 20 cases of hospitalized patients, early application of self-medication soaked burn wounds, pulling a late application, surgical excision treatment of hydrofluoric acid burns organizations. Results 20 cases of hydrofluoric acid burn patients wounds were healed, with no deaths. Conclusion Our department of early immersion therapy drugs, can effectively alleviate pain, removal of necrotic tissue, reduce further deepen the wound and reduce disability. For patients with early treatment of hydrofluoric acid burns, our department made the drug treatment of hydrofluoric acid burns soak satisfactory efficacy in clinical applications.更多还原
