【摘要】 目的分析高血压患者血压与心电图变化规律,为高血压伴心脏损害的患者提供心电图诊断的依据及临床相关信息。方法对855例高血压和878例正常血压的体检者进行心电图检查。将高血压人群按血压值分为高血压1级、高血压2级、高血压3级。比较高血压组与血压正常组心电图异常率;比较1级、2级、3级高血压者心电图异常率;比较高血压组人员年龄、性别与心电图异常关系。计数资料用率或构成比的比较采用χ~2检验,均数比较采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果高血压组心电图异常率30.53%,正常血压组心电图异常率为17.88%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ~2=183.16,P<0.01);高血压组男女性别心电图异常率分别为52.35%、29.87%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=26.14,P<0.01);高血压组30岁以上年龄段,随着年龄增长心电图异常率增高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=14.69,P<0.01);另外,高血压组心电图异常也随着高血压级别增高而递增,但差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.43,P>0.05)。结论高血压患者心电图异常率较高,高血压者定期进行心电图检查,对早期发现各种心脏疾患有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between blood pressure and electrocardiogram(ECG)changes in hypertensive patients and shed light on the cardiac injury accompanying hypertension from the perspective of ECG.Methods 855 patients with hypertension and 878 healthy subjects during routine physical examination were tested for blood pressure and ECG.The 855 cases with hypertension were divided into Hypertension grade 1(1 grade),2(2 grade),and 3(3 grade).Statistical analysis were performed to analyzed the abnormality rate of ECG in the hypertensive and the healthy group,the abnormal rate of ECG in 1,2 and 3 grade hypertension and the relationship of the abnormal rate of ECG with age and gender.For comparison of rate or composition ratio,chi-square test was used.For comparison of means,t-test was used.Results The abnormality rate of ECG in hypertension group was48.30%,and the abnormality rate of ECG in healthygroup was 17.88%.The difference between the two rates was significant(χ~2=183.16,P< 0.01).The difference of ECG abnormality rates of men and women within the hypertension group was also statistically significant(χ~2=26.14,P<0.01).For the hypertension group withages of over 30,the ECG abnormality rateincreases with an increase of age.The increase of ECG abnormality among patients with different ages was statistically significant(χ~2=14.69,P<0.01).In addition,ECG abnormality rate increases with the increase of hypertension grade.However,there was no statistically significant difference for the increase of rates(χ~2=0.43,P>0.05).Conclusions With the increase of blood pressure,ECG abnormal rate is higher in hypertension group.This suggests that regular ECG examinations are of great importance for detecting heart injuryin early stage among the patients with hypertension.更多还原
