【摘要】 目的建立分光光度法测定天丹通络胶囊中总黄酮的含量。方法药材粉末经70%乙醇提取0.5h后,采用分光光度法,检测波长为500nm,对天丹通络胶囊中总黄酮的含量进行测定。结果采用该方法可以准确地测定天丹通络胶囊中总黄酮的含量,总黄酮在8~48μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,(r=0.9999,n=6);样品平均回收率为102.1%,稳定性、重复性分别为0.8%和0.4%。结论此方法准确简便,可以用于天丹通络胶囊中总黄酮的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a Visspectrophotometry for determination of the total flavonoides in Tiandan Tongluo Jiaonang.Methods After the powder was extracted by 70% ethanol for a half hour, it was determined by Vis-spectrophotometry.The wave length is 500 nm. Results There was a liner relationship from 8μg/ml to 48μg/ml. The recovery rate is 102.1%.The relative standard deviation of stability test and repeatability are 0.8% and 0.4%. Conclusion The method is accurate and simple.It can be used for the determination of the total flavonoides in Tiandan Tongluo Jiaonang.更多还原
