【摘要】 目的:调查分析北京回龙观医院(以下简称"我院")住院患者抗菌药物的应用情况,为加强抗菌药物应用管理和精神科临床合理应用抗菌药物提供参考。方法:采用回顾性方法调取我院2013年全年4 114例出院患者病历,对抗菌药物的使用情况进行统计分析。结果:在4 114例出院患者中,有446例患者使用了抗菌药物,感染率为10.84%,主要为呼吸系统感染(69.28%);使用频度较高的抗菌药物为头孢菌素类与氟喹诺酮类;病原学送检率为55.37%;临床抗菌药物使用合理率为79.39%。结论:我院抗菌药物临床应用合理率较高,但仍存在不合理现象,应进一步加强医院感染的预防及临床抗菌药物应用的监管,促进抗菌药物的合理应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate and analyze the application of antibiotics in Beijing Huilongguan Hoapital( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"),so as to strengthen the management of application of antibiotics and provide reference for the rational use of antibiotics.METHODS:Retrospective review was adopted to retrieve the medical records of 4114 patients discharged from our hospital in 2013,the application situation of antibiotics was statistically analyzed.RESULTS:Of the total 4114 cases,446 patients used antibiotics,the infection rate was10.84%,respiratory system infection was the main part( 69.28%).Cephalosporins and 4-quinolones were used with a high frequency,the rate of etiological test was 55.37% and the rate of clinical rational application of antibiotics was79.39%.CONCLUSIONS:The rationality of clinical application of antibiotics in our hospital is relatively high,but there are still some irrational phenomenon in the clinical application of antibiotics in our hospital.It is necessary to further strengthen the prevention of hospital infections and the supervision of clinical application of antibiotics,and promote the rational application of antibiotics.更多还原
