【摘要】 目的:了解云南省第一人民医院(以下简称"我院")门诊口服抗高血压药的使用情况及趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集我院门诊2014年43 680张处方,采用Excel软件,对患者资料和处方中口服抗高血压药的品种、用量、销售金额、用药频度、限定日费用等进行统计分析。结果:高血压病患病率随年龄增长而增加;43 680张处方中,应用抗高血压药处方11 820张,占27.06%;抗高血压药销售金额为215.04万元,占抽查处方总金额(1 480.2万元)的14.53%。销售金额和使用频次排序居前3位的抗高血压药种类为钙通道阻滞剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻断剂、β受体阻断剂;抗高血压药联合应用率为39.80%,其中以二联用药为主。厄贝沙坦片与苯磺酸氨氯地平片的销售金额、用药频度排序均居第1、2位,其B/A均为1,说明其销售金额与用药频度的同步性好。结论:我院门诊口服抗高血压药的使用基本合理,符合抗高血压药的用药原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application situation and tendency of oral anti-hypertensive drugs of outpatients in the First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital "),and to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic. METHODS: 43680 outpatient prescriptions in our hospital in 2014 were collected,Excel software was adopted to statistically analyze the general information of patients,the varieties,quantity,consumption sum,daily defined doses( DDDs) and defined daily cost( DDC) of oral anti-hypertensive drugs.RESULTS: Incidence of hy-pertension increased with the increase of age. Of the 43 680 outpatient prescriptions,11 820 prescriptions used anti-hypertensive drugs,accounting for 27. 06%; the consumption sum of anti-hypertensive drugs were 2. 150 4 million yuan,accounting for 14. 53% of the total amount of sampled prescriptions( 1 4. 802 million yuan). According to the ranking of consumption sum and the use frequency,the top 3 places were in turn calcium antagonist( CCB),angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist( ARB) and β receptor blocking agents( β-RB). The combination use rate of anti-hypertensive drugs was 39. 8%,mainly with double combination of drugs. The consumption sum and DDDs of Irbesartan tablets and Amlodiping besylate tablets respectively dominated the first and second place,with order ratio of 1 for both drugs, which indicated the good synchronization between consumption sum and DDDs.CONCLUSIONS: The application of anti-hypertensives drugs was basically rational in outpatient department of our hospital,which in line with the current oral anti-hypertensive medication principle.更多还原
