【摘要】 目的:了解河南省肿瘤医院(以下简称"我院")抗菌药物专项整治活动中住院患者抗菌药物应用情况及趋势。方法:回顾性分析我院2011—2013年抗菌药物应用品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用及抗菌药物使用强度(antibiotics use density,AUD)、使用率等。结果:抗菌药物销售金额在2012年有所增长,增幅为13.75%,但在2013年开始下降,降幅为6.2%;2011—2013年抗菌药物DDDs基本稳定,平均增幅为0.81%;住院患者人均抗菌药物费用略有增加,增幅为4.91%;住院患者抗菌药物限定日费用在2012年有所增长,增幅为13.12%,但2013年开始下降,降幅为7.18%;住院患者人均抗菌药物品种数基本稳定,增幅为0.54%;抗菌药物使用率逐年下降,平均降幅为13.89%;AUD逐年下降,平均降幅为11.17%。3年来,第3代头孢菌素的DDDs排序均居第1位,构成比分别为28.57%、25.09%、29.29%;非限制使用级抗菌药物的DDDs明显增加,平均增幅为48.62%;剂型以注射剂为主,其DDDs构成比分别为91.48%、90.54%和88.5%,平均降幅0.85%。结论:抗菌药物专项整治活动中我院抗菌药物临床应用总体指标合理,抗菌药物应用更趋合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application tendency for inpatients of antibacterial drugs in the special rectification activity in Henan Cancer Hospital( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital "). METHODS: By retrospective method,the utilization of antibacterial drugs in our hospital during 2011-2013 was analyzed in respect of application of drug types,consumption sum,DDDs,DDC and AUD etc. RESULTS: The consumption sum of antibacterial drugs increased by 13. 75% in 2012 while decreased by 6. 2% in 2013. The DDDs of antibacterial drugs was relatively stable during 2011-2013,the average increase rate was 0. 81%. For the inpatient,per capita expenses of antibacterial drugs increased by 4. 91%; per capita expenses daily of antibacterial drugs increased by 13. 12% in2012 while decreased by 7. 18% in 2013. The average number of antibacterial drugs consumption was relatively stable,increased by 0. 54%. The utilization ratio of antibacterial drugs for inpatients had decreased annually by13. 89%. AUD averagely decreased by 11. 17% year by year. In terms of DDDs,third generation cephalosporins ranked at the first place during the three years,and the constituent ratio was respectively 28. 57% 、25. 09% 、29. 29%;DDDs of antibacterial drugs of non restricted grade increased by 48. 62%. The main dosage form was injection,the constituent ratio of DDDs was respectively 91. 48% 、90. 54% and 88. 5%, averagely decreased by 0. 85%.CONCLUSIONS: After the special rectification activity,the overall index of clinical application of antibacterial drugs is reasonable and the application of antibacterial drugs has become more rational.更多还原
