【摘要】 目的:了解中医医院儿科门诊中药使用情况并分析其用药规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:随机抽取广州市中医医院(以下简称"我院")2012年儿科门诊中药饮片处方6 000张,对处方用药情况进行统计分析。结果:我院儿科门诊以0~2岁患儿为主,男性多于女性,共用药159种,用药频率最高的中药饮片为甘草、用药频率最高的中药饮片种类为清热药;剂量方面,10g的使用频率最高,70%以上用药剂量为3~10 g;含12味中药的单张处方最为常见,以3剂最多见;药物剂量符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定。结论:我院儿科门诊使用中药饮片基本合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To explore the status quo and regularity of the use of traditional Chinese medicines( TCM) in pediatric outpatients in the hospital of TCM for reference of clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS: A sample of 6 000 pediatric outpatient prescriptions of Chinese decoction pieces in Guangzhou Municipal Hospital of TCM( hereinafter referred to as"our hospital") from January 2012 to December 2012 were chosen randomly for statistical analysis regarding the drug use. RESULTS: The pediatric outpatients aged 0-2 years showed the highest proporiton with males showing higher proportion than females. There were a total of 159 drugs presented on the prescriptions; the most frequently used drugs were licorice and heat-clearing drugs,mostly in dosage of 10 g,with dosage of 3-10 g prescribed in more than 70 percert of the patients. The prescription consisting of 12 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines was the most common,mostly in 3 doses. The prescribed dosages complied with the ones recommended in Chinese pharmacopoeia. CONCLUSIONS: The use of traditional Chinese decoction pieces in pediatric outpatients in Guangzhou Hospital of TCM is basically rational.更多还原
