【摘要】 目的:了解汉中市3201医院(以下简称"我院")镇痛药的应用情况,为参与创建"癌痛规范化治疗示范病房"的肿瘤内科合理使用镇痛药提供参考。方法:对2011年6月—2014年6月我院用量排序居前16位镇痛药的销售金额、用药频度等进行统计分析。结果:镇痛药的销售金额逐年增加;羟考酮缓释片、芬太尼透皮贴剂用量逐年增加;洛芬待因缓释片的使用情况基本持平;吗啡缓释片、注射液,曲马多片和氨酚羟考酮缓释片的用量逐年递减。4个品种共5种规格的辅助镇痛药的用药频度排序连续3年保持恒定。结论:肿瘤内科应增加吗啡类特别是其无创途径给药制剂的使用,增加辅助镇痛药的品种。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application of analgesics in the 3201 Hospital of Hanzhong Municipal( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"),and to provide reference for the participation in the establishment of"cancerous pain standardized treatment demonstration ward"of the rational use of analgesics in the department of medical oncologist. METHODS: The top 16 consumption of analgesics in our hospital from Jun. 2011 to Jun. 2014 were statistically analyzed in terms of consumption sum and defined daily dose( DDDs) etc. RESULTS: The sales amount of analgesics increased year by year. For the usage amount,Sustained release tablets of oxycodone,fentany transdermal system consumption increased year by year; Codeine sustained release tablets was relatively stable;Morphine / injection tramadol tablets and Sustained-release tablets of oxycodone acetaminophen consumption had decreased year by year. Adjuvant analgesics in 4 varieties of 5 specifications of DDDs remained invariant for 3consecutive years. CONCLUSIONS: The department of medical oncologist should increase the usage of morphine especially through the non-invasive way of drug preparation and increase the varieties of adjuvant analgesics.更多还原
