【摘要】 目的:探讨金水宝联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床效果。方法:选取广州市番禺区何贤纪念医院2011年6月至2013年5月收治的100例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组仅采用贝那普利治疗,观察组采用金水宝联合贝那普利治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后24 h尿蛋白含量、24 h尿微量清蛋白排泄率、血肌酐以及尿素氮的变化,同时评价两组不良反应和治疗满意度情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者24 h尿蛋白含量、24 h尿微量清蛋白排泄率、血肌酐均降低,观察组较对照组降低更显著,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗前后,尿素氮水平无显著变化,两组间差异无统计学意义。两组均未发生严重不良反应,观察组不良反应发生率(8.0%)略低于对照组(10.0%),差异无统计学意义;观察组治疗满意度(96.0%)显著高于对照组(72.0%),差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:金水宝联合贝那普利能显著改善糖尿病患者尿蛋白水平,两者疗效互补,且无严重不良反应,治疗满意度高,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Jinshuibao plus benazepril on proteinuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy. METHODS: 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Guangzhou Panyu District Hexian Memorial Hospital from June 2011-May 2013 were randomly assigned to either control group treated with benazepril alone orobservation group treated with Jinshuibao plus benazepril. The 24-hour urine protein,urine microalbumin excretion rate,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,meanwhile,the adverse drug reactions and patients’ satisfaction degree to treatment were evaluated. RESULTS: After treatment,the 24-hour urine protein,urine microalbumin excretion rate,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels decreased in both groups,much as in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups( P < 0. 05); after treatment,no significant change was noted in urea nitrogen level in both groups and the difference between the two groups were insignificant( P < 0. 05); neither group showed serious adverse drug reaction( ADR),and the ADR occurred slightly yet insignificantly less frequent in the observation group than in the control group; the rate of patients who were satisfied toward treatment in observation group was significantly higher than in the control group( 96. 0% vs. 72. 0%),and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION: Addition of Jinshuibao to benazepril in treatment of patients with diabetes resulted in significant improvement in urinary protein level and patients’ satisfaction to treatment,and the two drugs showed complementary effect yet without causing serious adverse drug reaction,hence this combination therapy is worthy of clinical recommendation.更多还原
