【摘要】 目的:分析陕西省榆林市第一医院(以下简称"我院")住院患者口服中成药使用的特点和规律,为合理用药提供参考。方法:收集2012—2014年我院住院患者口服中成药的临床应用数据,对销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)和用药强度进行统计分析。结果:我院口服中成药类型以理血剂、补益剂、祛湿剂、清热剂为主,其用药金额占口服中成药用药总金额的80%以上;使用剂型主要以胶囊剂、片剂和颗粒剂为主,其用药金额也占口服中成药用药总金额的80%以上。销售金额前15位的口服中成药品种主要以理血剂和补益剂为主,且这些药用药金额序号与用药频度序号的比值大部分接近于1。结论:我院口服中成药临床使用总体合理,在临床应用中具有较强生命力和广阔前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the characteristics and regularity of the utilization of oral Chinese patent medicines in the inpatients of Yulin Municipal First Hospital( our hospital) for reference of clinical rational use of Chinese patent medicine. METHODS: The clinical utilization data of oral Chinese patent medicines in the inpatients of our hospital during the period 2012-2014 were analyzed statistically with regard to consumption sum,DDDs,defined daily cost( DDC) and drug use intensity. RESULTS: Of all the oral Chinese patent drugs used in our hospital,blood regulating agents,tonic agents,dampness-dispelling agents and antipyretic agents showed the highest proportion,accounting for more than 80% in consumption sum. Capsules,tablets and pulvis of the oral Chinese patent drugs took the lead with a proportion of more than 80% in consumption. The top 15 oral Chinese patent medicines ranked by consumption sum were mainly blood regulating agents and tonic agents. And the ratios of serial number of the consumption sum to the serial number of the DDDs were close to 1 in most cases. CONCLUSIONS: The utilization of oral Chinese patent medicine in our hospital is rational on the whole,and it is characterized by stability in varieties and dosage forms,good synchronization between consumption sum and medication person-time. With mild toxicity,good safety,economy and convenience to use,it has great potential in clinical use.更多还原
