【摘要】 目的:了解江门市人民医院(以下简称"我院")药物咨询工作开展情况,探讨临床药师调整药学服务工作的切入点。方法:收集2011—2013年我院667例药物咨询资料,从咨询人员、咨询方式、咨询内容、咨询药物种类及随访情况等方面进行统计分析。结果:我院药物咨询例数逐年增多,咨询人员以年轻医师居多,主要咨询药物信息及用法、用量的问题,咨询涉及的药物以抗感染药、慢性病用药为主;及时、有效的答复与随访,提高了咨询者对临床药师的信任度。结论:以药物咨询为切入点的临床药学服务工作模式,对临床药师而言,既是机遇又是挑战。临床药师需勤思考、勤总结,根据实际情况调整临床服务药学工作,不断提高临床药学服务水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the drug counseling in The People’s Hospital of Jiangmen( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital ") and explore the entry point for clinical pharmacist to carry out pharmaceutical care.METHODS: The drug counseling data of 667 cases in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed statistically with regard to people seeking for counseling service,the mode and the contents of counseling,the type of drugs inquired and follow-up etc. RESULTS: The number of people seeking for counseling service in our hospital increased year by year,with young physicians topping the list,and they inquired mostly about drug information and usage,dosage,antiinfective drugs and drugs for chronic diseases. Clinical pharmacists’ timely and effective responses to and follow-up of people seeking for counseling service improved their trust toward clinical pharmacists. CONCLUSIONS: The clinical pharmaceutical care working mode with drug counseling as starting point is an opportunity as well as a challenge to clinical pharmacists. Clinical pharmacists need to think more and summarize and adapt the clinical pharmaceutical care to the actuality,and constantly improve the level of clinical pharmaceutical care.更多还原
