【摘要】 目的总结四川省初中生烟草流行相关数据,为四川省的青少年控烟工作提供基础信息和初步线索。方法分三个阶段抽取四川省3所初级中学6571名初中生进行烟草流行现状调查分析。结果共发放问卷6571份,收回有效问卷6565份,有效回收率为99.9%。初中生尝试吸烟率为17.6%,现在吸烟率为4.6%,首次尝试吸烟年龄≤13岁者占全部初中生的15.8%;吸烟者打算戒烟率为63.3%;烟草获得方面:54.2%为别人给予,74.1%按"盒"购买,79.7%没有因为年龄小而被拒绝;吸烟者对烟草危害的认识低于不吸烟者(P<0.05);吸烟行为影响因素:6项指标显著,其中男性较女性相对危险度为3.785倍,父母吸烟的学生吸烟的相对危险度为2.592倍,朋友吸烟的学生吸烟相对危险度为2.831,并且随年级增高、自己可以支配的钱越多、认为吸烟使自己更有吸引力的学生其吸烟可能性提高。结论四川省初中生吸烟率较高,首吸年龄较小,多数吸烟者有戒烟意愿,但对烟草危害认识不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the tobacco prevalence in junior middle school students in Sichuan province in order to provide the basic information and primary clue for the adolescent tobacco control in Sichuan province.Methods The tobacco epidemic status of junior middle school students in three schools was analyzed by three stages.Results Totally,6571 questionnaires were distributed and 6565 were effective.The response rate was 99.9%.About 17.6% of junior middle school students had ever tried smoking,and the present smoking rate was 4.6%.There were 15.8% of all students first trying to smoke in 13 years old or younger and 63.3% of the smokers had an intention to give up.For tobacco access,54.2% of the smokers obtained tobacco from others,74.1% bought by "box"and 79.7% weren’t rejected because of their age when they bought cigarettes.The dangers of smoking was underestimated by the smokers when compared to the non-smoking students(P < 0.05).For smoking behavior factors,there were significant six indicators in which relative risk(RR) of male was 3.785 times when compared to female.RR of smoking parents was 2.592 times when compared to non-smoking parents,and RR of students with smoking friends was 2.831 when compared to whom without smoking friends.With higher grades and more money they can dominate,the possibility of smoking was increased since they thought smoking may make them more attractive.Conclusion The junior middle school students have a high rate of smoking,and younger age at the first attempting smoking.Most smoking students have intention to give up,but the awareness of smoking harms is low.更多还原
