【摘要】 目的分析不孕不育患者门诊治疗时开展专科健康宣教的临床效果。方法 2010年1~12月门诊不孕不育接受综合治疗的712例患者,按自愿原则,分为参加组和未参加组,参加组按专科护士制定的标准健康教育计划,选择多种指导方式等进行健康教育;未参加组仅由医生告知下次复诊时间。比较两组的治疗依从性、就诊满意度和妊娠率。结果参加组患者的治疗依从性、就诊满意度和最终妊娠率明显高于未参加组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论不孕不育门诊治疗中健康宣教可明显提高患者治疗依从性和最终妊娠率,减少就诊的盲目性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinic effect of health education for infertile patients during outpatient treatment. Methods Seven hundreds and twelve patients who underwent comprehensive treatment in our infertility clinic from January to December of2010 were divided into two groups. One group didn’t take part in health education and another group participated in health education.Patients in the participated group were given health education in various ways. The compliance of treatment,patients’ satisfaction and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance of treatment,patients’ satisfaction and pregnancy rate in the educated group were significantly higher than that in the non-educated group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Health education plays a significant role in infertility clinic. It can reduce the psychological stress and the blindness of visits of patients.更多还原
