【摘要】 目的探讨肺舒配方颗粒口服治疗稳定期肺肾两虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病（简称慢阻肺）的临床疗效。方法选取医院收治的患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者采用西药常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用肺舒配方颗粒,治疗3个月。结果观察组患者总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的66.67%（P<0.05）;治疗后,两组患者第1秒用力呼气容积（FEV₁）和用力肺活量（FVC）较治疗前明显增加（P<0.05）。且观察组增加幅度更显著（P<0.05）;两组生存质量积分较治疗前明显减少（P<0.05）,且观察组减少幅度更显著（P<0.05）;两组患者3大常规及肝肾功能检查均未发现明显异常,未发生与用药相关的严重不良反应。结论自拟肺舒配方颗粒口服治疗稳定期肺肾两虚型慢阻肺临床疗效好,能改善患者肺功能,提高生存质量,且未见明显不良反应,安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy Self- Prepared Feishu Granules in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary( COPD)in stable stage with lung kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods 69 cases of COPD patients in stable stage with lung kidney deficiency syndrome were divided into the observation group and the control group in accordance with the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and on the basis of the control group,the observation group received Self- Prepared Feishu Granules.The two groups were treated for 3 months.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 66.67% of the control group( P < 0.05);compared with before treatment,FEV1 and FVC of the two groups after treatment were significantly increased( P < 0.05),and the increase in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group( P < 0.05); the quality of life scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly reduced( P < 0.05),and the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group( P < 0.05).There were no abnormal situations in the 3 routine and liver function examination,and no drug-related adverse reactions in the two group.Conclusion Self- Prepared Feishu Granules in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary( COPD) in stable stage with lung kidney deficiency syndrome has exact efficacy,can improve the pulmonary function and the patient’s quality of life,with no obvious adverse reactions and good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
