大黄酸的稳定性研究

【摘要】 目的研究溶液p H、温度、光照强度等因素对大黄酸稳定性的影响。方法将一定质量浓度的大黄酸置不同p H缓冲溶液中、不同光照强度和不同温度条件下,定时取样,采用高效液相色谱法测定大黄酸质量浓度的变化,采用动力学方法建立大黄酸降解速率方程。结果随着溶液p H、温度的升高,光照强度的增加,大黄酸降解速率加快。结论大黄酸的稳定性与p H、温度、光照强度关系密切。大黄酸应在低温、避光的条件下贮存,低p H条件下使用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of p H value,temperature and light intensity on the stability of rhein. Methods The certain concentration of rhein was put into different p H values of buffer solutions and placed under different light intensities and different temperature conditions. The timing sampling was conducted. The change of rhein concentrations was detected by adopting the HPLC method. The rhein degradation rate equation was established by adopting the dynamic method. Results With the increase of p H value,temperature and light intensity,the rhein degradation rate was accelerated. Conclusion The stability of rhein is closely related with p H value,temperature and light intensity. Therefore rhein should be stored in low temperature and lucifugal conditions and should be used in the condition of low p H values.
