【摘要】 目的探讨预防性给予小剂量艾司西酞普兰对帕金森病患者抑郁症状及整体症状的临床疗效。方法选取2013年10月至2014年10月收治的帕金森病患者84例,以给药种类不同分为对照组和试验组,各42例。对照组患者给予盐酸普拉克索片治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上加用小剂量草酸艾司西酞普兰片(10 mg/d)治疗。结果试验组患者用药后42 d的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分为(13.76±4.78)分,帕金森病综合评分(UPDRS)总评分为(22.98±7.53)分,帕金森病39项问卷调查(PDQ-39)生活质量总分为(27.34±9.45)分,显著低于对照组的(16.89±5.83)分、(28.78±9.65)分及(33.89±11.26)分(P<0.05)。结论预防性给予小剂量艾司西酞普兰治疗帕金森病,可有效改善患者临床抑郁和整体症状,具有一定的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of preventively giving small dose of escitalopram on the depressive and overall symptoms in patients with Parkinson’s disease. Methods Totally 84 cases of Parkinson’s disease in the hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to different types of administrated drug,42 Cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given Pramipexole Dihydrochloride Tablets,while the patients in the experimental group were added with small dose of Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets( 10 mg / d) on the basis of the control group. Results The Hamilton depression Scale( HAMD) scores after 42 d treatment in the experimental group were( 13. 76 ± 4. 78) points,the Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale( UPDRS) total scores were( 22. 98 ± 7. 53) points and the Parkinson’s Disease Query- 39( PDQ- 39)were( 27. 34 ± 9. 45) points,which were significantly lower than( 16. 89 ± 5. 83) points,( 28. 78 ± 9. 65) points and( 33. 89 ± 11. 26)points in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Prophylactic administration of small dose of escitalopram for treating Parkinson’s disease can effectively improve the clinical depressive and overall symptoms and has certain clinical application value.更多还原
