【摘要】 目的探讨中成药不合理用药的原因。方法回顾性调查分析医院2011年至2012年的门诊中成药处方,对其用药情况进行汇总评价,分析不合理用药原因。结果共发现中成药不合理用药处方683张,原因为重复用药(26.50%)、合并用药过多(22.55%)、选药不当(18.01%)、配伍不当(15.37%)、用法用量不当(10.83%)及禁忌证下用药(6.73%)。结论门诊使用中成药基本合理,但也存在一些问题。医院应建立健全合理用药制度,加强西药师对中医基础理论和治疗方法的学习,开展中成药处方点评,以促进合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the causes of irrational prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines.Methods The Chinese patent medicine prescriptions in the outpatient department from 2011 to 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.The medication situation was performed the summary and evaluation for analyzing the causes of irrational medication.Results Tolally 683 pieces of irrational prescriptions were discovered during this period.The reasons were mainly the repeated medication use( 26.50%) excessive drug combination( 22.55%),irrational selection of drugs( 18.01%),improper drug compatibility( 15.37%),unsuitable usage and dosage( 10.83%),and contraindicated drug use( 6.73%).Conclusion The use of Chinese patent medicines in the outpatient department of the hospital is basically reasonable,but some problems still exist.Hospital should establish and perfect the rational drug use system,and strengthen the Western medicine pharmacists’ learning of Chinese medicine basic theory and treatment method.The comments on the prescriptions of Chinese medicines should be carried out for promoting the rational drug use.更多还原
