【摘要】 目的观察早期肠内营养中添加益生菌对高血压脑出血患者营养状况、免疫功能以及预后的影响。方法将50例高血压脑出血患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予肠内营养,治疗组早期加用益生菌。监测血清总蛋白、白蛋白、血红蛋白和淋巴细胞计数、上臂围、上臂二头肌部位皮褶厚度等指标,观察住院期间患者并发症及近期意识恢复情况。结果营养支持21 d后,治疗组患者的营养状况优于对照组;治疗组发生消化道出血和肠道菌群失调的例数少于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者肺部感染发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),近期意识好转的例数也无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论早期添加益生菌的肠内营养,可改善高血压脑出血后的营养状况及肠道功能紊乱,降低并发症的发生率,提高患者营养状态以增强机体的免疫能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition by adding probiotics on nutritional status,immune function and prognosis in the patients withhypertensive intracerebralhemorrhage.Methods 50 cases ofhypertensive intracerebralhemorrhage were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group.The serum total protein,albumin,hemoglobin and lymphocyte count,upper arm circumference,skinfold thickness in the biceps muscle of upper arm were observed duringhospitalization process respectively.The consciousness recovery and complications situation during thehospitalization process were observed.Results The nutritional status after 21 d nutritional support in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group; the case number of digestive tracthemorrhage and intestinal flora alteration occurrence in the treatment group was less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The occurrence rate of pulmonary infectionhad no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).The case number of short term consciousness improvementhad no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion s The enteral nutrition by early adding probiotics can improve the nutritional status and bowel dysfunction afterhypertensive intracerebralhemorrhage,reduces the incidence rate of complications and improve the nutritional status of patients in order to enhance the body’s immunocompetence.更多还原
