【摘要】 目的分析肿瘤患者化学治疗(简称化疗)药物使用情况的合理性,促进临床合理用药。方法选取2013年4月至2014年3月医院肿瘤患者化疗病历212份,对药品的使用情况进行分类统计及合理性分析。结果抗代谢药和其他类抗肿瘤药物使用频率最高,分别为148例次和143例次;有51份(24.06%)病历医嘱存在不合理用药情况,不合理频次为62例次(29.25%)。结论肿瘤患者化疗医嘱基本合理,但仍存在一些问题,需加强临床用药合理性监测,规范处方用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the rationality of chemotherapeutical drugs use situation in order to promote the rational drug use in clinic. Methods 212 cases of medical records receiving chemotherapy in our hospital during April 2013 to March 2014 were sampled for conducting the classification statistics and rationality analysis on the drugs use situation. Results The anti- metabolites and other anti- tumor drugs were highest,which were 148 cases and 143 cases respectively; the irrational drugs use situation existed in 51 cases( 24. 06%) of medical orders; the unreasonable frequency was 62 times( 29. 25%). Conclusion The medical orders of chemotherapy in the tumor patients are basically rational,but some problems still exist,which needs to strengthen the monitoring of clinical medication rationality and the standardization of prescription medication.更多还原
