【Abstract】 Patients obedience to and compliance of doctors is based on some kind of contractual relationship between the doctors and the patients, power and authority of the patients’ trust on doctors. Based on the connotation, nature, characteristics and problems of enforcement and obedience, the relationship between them is expounded.
