【Abstract】 This thesis discussed the main reasons of biased-errors formation from the cognitive psychology perspective through the inter-language biased-errors phenomenon in the process of Uyghur language learning of the Han students. Those factors are found in language transfer, target language regulation generalization, training transfer, two languages acquisition strategy and language communicative strategy.
