【摘要】 基于临床疗效的药品定价法体现了药品价值与价格之间的内在联系,反映了供应方和需求方的真实信息,是对目前的成本加成定价法的一种有益补充和完善。本文通过对药品临床疗效的内涵、评价方法及已有的代表性研究成果,如价值定价机制、类似药效比价法、疗效定价法等进行论述分析,总结已有研究存在的不足,并提出未来应建立药品临床疗效评价指标体系的研究展望,为促进我国药品定价的科学化、合理化提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The curative efficacy based drug pricing method emphasizes the real value of drugs for society and individual,reflecting the true information of both supplier and demander. It is a useful complement and perfection for the current cost plus pricing method. As well as the concept and the evaluation method of curative efficacy of medicine,some existing representative research findings such as value-based pricing,similar efficacy comparison method,curative efficacy based pricing method were analyzed in this paper. This article summarizes the problems existed in the literatures,and put forwards prospects for future research that the evaluation index system of curative efficacy should be established,which will provide references for improvement of scientific and reasonable drug pricing method.更多还原
