【摘要】 通过对近年来最新的文献资料进行查阅、分析及归纳总结,本文综述了肾康注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的临床机制研究进展。肾康注射液可以抑制氧化应激反应,增强抗氧化应激能力,遏制肾小球系膜细胞增殖肥大,减少肾小球细胞外基质各种组分的分泌,防治肾小球硬化,调节各种细胞因子的产生,延缓糖尿病肾病的发展进程,改善微循环障碍,维持微血管的正常形态。肾康注射液用于糖尿病肾病的治疗具有积极的作用,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through referring to, analyzing and summarizing the literatures in recent years, this paper reviews the recent research progress of the mechanism and clinical application of Shenkang Injection on diabetic nephropathy. Shenkang Injection can inhibit oxidative stress, enhance the capacity of resistance to oxidative stress, restrain proliferation and hypertrophy of glomerular mesangial cell, reduce the secretion of various glomerular extracellular matrix components,prevent and treat glomerular sclerosis, regulate the production of various kinds of cytokines, defer development process of diabetic nephropathy, improve microcirculation, maintain the normal form of capillaries. The effect of Shenkang Injection for treatment of diabetic nephropathy is positive, which is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
