【摘要】 目的探讨住院糖尿病患者实施血糖信息化管理的效果。方法以纳入标准和排除标准选择沧州市中心医院2型糖尿病患者240例,随机分为对照组120例,采用传统血糖监测系统和便携式血糖仪监测血糖;实验组120例,采用血糖信息化管理系统(IGMS)和临床智能血糖仪(GLUPAD)监测血糖。记录患者血糖数值准确率、血糖数值检测、记录、反馈时间等常规血糖监测指标。结果实验组患者信息识别、反馈准确率显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组血糖数值准确率显著高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组血糖检测、记录、反馈时间以及血糖达标时间显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IGMS和GLUPAD对于院内血糖管理具有重要的意义,可以进一步降低患者出院前血糖值,提高出院前血糖控制达标率、患者自我检测能力、医护人员的工作效率和患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application effect of blood glucose information management in patients with diabetes mellitus in hospital.Methods In this research,according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,240 patients with type 2 diabetes came from Cangzhou Central Hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 120 cases in each group.Patients in the control group used the traditional blood glucose monitoring systems and portable blood glucose meter blood sugar monitoring,while patients in the experimental group used IGMS and GLUPAD monitoring systems.The regular blood glucose monitoring indicators as blood glucose value accuracy rate,glucose monitoring data,time of recording and feedback were recorded for research.Results In the experimental group,the accuracy rates of patients information recognition and feedback were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05);the blood glucose value accuracy rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01).In the experimental group,time of blood glucose testing,recording,feedback and blood glucose reaching the standard was shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P <0.05).Conclusion IGMS and GLUPAD has significance for hospital blood sugar management,which can decrease the blood glucose level of patients before discharge;increase the rates of blood glucose reaching the standard,patients self test ability,working efficiency of the medical staffs and patients’ satisfaction.更多还原
